Abstract: Anualmente, a Jurisdição da Família e das Crianças tem procurado – no âmbito dos Planos de Formação Contínua – acompanhar toda a dinâmica inerente à realidade jurídica, técnica e social, que a envolve. Os processos de promoção e protecção, com toda a sua envolvência e contínua necessidade de recurso ao contributo de inúmeras especialidades, são uma realidade judiciária desafiante. O presente e-book reúne os textos e as gravações relativas às intervenções que a este propósito tiveram lugar em acções de formação do Centro de Estudos Judiciários desde Fevereiro de 2015. O seu interesse é enorme para os profissionais que contactam com a matéria, mas não só. É mais um e-book da “Coleção Formação Contínua” que continua a cumprir o objectivo do Centro de Estudos Judiciários: disponibilizar em forma de acesso universal conteúdos de excelência. / Every year, Family and Children's Jurisdiction has sought – within the scope of Continuous Training Plans – to monitor all the dynamics inherent to the legal, technical and social reality that surrounds it.
