Title: Perfil dos usuários da Liga Feminina de Combate ao Câncer de Venâncio Aires.

Abstract: The intervention research of this study aimed to know the user of the Women's League to Combat Cancer of Venâncio Aires and to point out the most recurrent types of cancer in patients treated by the place, which is a non-profit entity and aims to help cancer patients. , whose social condition prevents him from paying for the treatment and also seeks to educate the population for the prevention of the disease. Seeking to understand the functions of volunteering and NGOs, historically contextualizing these institutions. The documentary research was carried out in the patients' charts, based on the retrospective documents used by the site in the years 2016 to 2020, in a total of 475 documents that were analyzed using the mixed methods technique, that is, quantitatively when using statistics descriptive to organize the tables with the results and qualitative when planning the intervention, analyzing these numbers. This method involves the collection and analysis of data from the two strategies, in the same study. With the user's profile and the most recurrent types of cancer, it was possible, as an intervention, to propose suggestions and improvements for prevention actions, through conversation circles and lectures at meetings of the council, the board and the group of volunteers. A calendar of activities was organized based on the data that appeared, thus optimizing the available financial resources and improving the quality of home visits. From the data collected about the higher incidence of types of cancer, the technical product was created: Annual Cancer Prevention Calendar.
