Breve resumo:
Title: Política pública de saúde frente à necessidade de prevenção da Síndrome de Burnout que afeta as mulheres trabalhadoras no Brasil.
Authors: Kohls, Cleize Carmelinda
Abstract: The present study seeks to relate the themes of gender inequality in the labor market and the worker's health, analyzing the prevention of Burnout Syndrome in women in Brazil. Possible answers to the following research problems are sought: are the legislation and public policies regarding the prevention of female workers' health
sufficient and satisfactory in Brazil? What public policies need to be created or modified to enable the prevention of Burnout Syndrome in working women in Brazil? The objective is to analyze, verify and study the work of women in Brazil, seeking to understand how and which public policies contribute to material equality of opportunity in the labor market and to the promotion of their health, especially for the prevention of Burnout Syndrome . Therefore, we sought to know the history and evolution of women's work, passing through their role in society, in the family and in the labor market, as a way of understanding the repercussions that they bring to the current context. In addition, current legislation in Brazil and the Conventions of the International Labor Organization were verified, in order to identify their relevance and applicability, as well as the modernization of labor relations in Brazil and its impacts on women's work, including advances and setbacks eventually found, and identifying which challenges are currently faced. To this end, statistical data on women's work were analyzed, in order to verify possible obstacles to gender equality, and to point out possible public policies that could contribute to real equality of opportunities in the labor market, as well as to promote the improvement of existing laws, programs and actions. The proposed analysis is pertinent due to the relevance and topicality of the topic, and can bring theoretical and practical contributions in the academic and legal field, being a subject linked to the research of the advisor professor Dr. Clovis Gorczevski and the UNISC Doctoral Program. The work has, as a method of approach, the hypothetical-deductive, starting from the study on women's work in Brazil, based on national and international theoretical references, observing the historical and evolutionary issues of the theme, as well as the current legislation , important decisions of the Superior Courts, statistical data and existing public policies, to, in the end, propose strategies and instruments that can contribute to the solution of the problems encountered. The method of procedure used is the monographic/analytical one, involving the in-depth analysis of the theme, the evaluation and integration of published theoretical constructions, the investigation into the pertinence of legislation and jurisprudence, with the collection and analysis of data. As for the research technique, bibliographical and documental were used, with the use of books, periodicals recognized by Capes, in addition to jurisprudential production and data established by different bodies dedicated to the collection and mapping of information, with a qualitative and quantitative technique of research, to understand the meaning of numbers and their importance for the study of the subject. In order to meet the outlined objectives and respond to the research problem, this thesis is divided into five chapters corresponding to the outlined objectives.
